Title: sum of all parts

Very briefly i have been asked to quote for a communal area of 25 flats it is only small i dont know the size.
The area is Yorkshire.
I would like a break down of how i put the quote together please.

P.S Essentially what is to be considered when putting quote together for communal area

I usually enclose with my quote a detailed list of services, including everything to be cleaned and how often. I also give the customer the option to add or remove services before accepting the quote. Sometimes they add extra services meaning more money!

We only clean communal parts of residential sites primarily in London - our quotes are usually 2 pages or so long.  If interested I am happy to send you a template.

We only clean communal parts of residential sites primarily in London - our quotes are usually 2 pages or so long.  If interested I am happy to send you a template.
