Title: cleaning Micro Fibre Cloths

whats the best way to clean them after use?
my ones have all the black rubber marks and staines on them so how do you get rid of these?

wash at 90 degrees (no softener) and dry on the radiators, not tumble dry.

works for me!

I always wet them in the sink, sprinkle a bit of washing powder on them and scrub with a nail brush or similar.
Only takes a couple of minutes.
Then leave them to dry overnight.

try  it
wash em in water only
black marks hang around but after a few wash the cloths are great

Used detergent for 2 years now and very hot wash, Yea they aren't as great as in the beginning, but they still work all right. (Unger)

if you use detergent it will remove the static charge between the 2 different fibres, also they will start to leave white marks, i have had the same micros for 2 years, still good, i never use detergent the small amount of gg3 left in micros is sufficient , wash on 60 deg with extra rinse and dry on line or radiator.

I always use a little detergent (about 1/4 what the wife would put in a normal wash) otherwise the black marks won't shift,.. even on a really hot wash.

I do the same but wash them at 60, No softener either. Sorted  ;D

I use washing powder and have no probs. Know your not supposed to use softner though.

Oh and I tumble dry too. tut tut

I have put put my really dirty  ones the floor and blast them with the pressure washer.  :o

hot wash shrinks the fibre's  ::)
