Title: stains on glass

hi, all encountered stains on downstairs windows on new customer.

looks like limescale but won't come off.

tried lime lite, white vinegar

window has decrotive concrete surround which has been painted.

heard of MDR that window clean centre sell.

any thoughts anyone

can you scrape it with a scraper?
