2 way link unfortunately don't count for much, try and issue some press releases and get one way link, they seam to work a lot better

Yes, had 2 jobs this week from it - google has found it now, already on page 1 on all 3 areas it is optimised for, just got to keep it there now.

Reciprocal links are better than no links at all, it is good foundation to use while you explore other avenues.
