Title: End of Tenancy & Spring Cleans Pricing
Post by: suffolkclean on July 31, 2008, 06:03:03 pm
We do end of tenancy cleans and I've been pricing them the same for spring cleans & one offs.

I've noticed looking at other websites seems to be a set price for e.o.t eg £200 but an hourly rate for spring cleans. When quoting for spring cleans/one offs should I quote a set price for the property or work on giving them an hourly rate, If I said £16 per hour they'd think oh thats a lot for a cleaner ? Some companies are charging set prices for cleaning say bathroom £25 I feel this may be better than quoting an hourly rate.

Anyone providing these 2 types of clean any advice on how you price I would really appreciate.

You will probably find the eot cleans are a little more involved than 'spring cleans', especially if you have hada house full of students or a real scrote in there, that may be a reason for the difference in pricing.  Andy
