Hi Guys - I am sure this question has been asked before, however ....
I am already in with a letting agent on the carpet cleaning side and they have asked me to quote for the end of tenancy cleaning as well.
At first I thought all they wanted me to do was price match, but now they actually want a price list from me.
The only indicators they have given me so far is that a 3 bed semi is around
£ 250 -£ 300 and a 1 bedroom flat £ 150 -£ 180
So how much extra should I charge for a 2 bedroom and more importantly any extra bathrooms.
Bearing in mind that the above prices include a 10% discount to the agent that they take for offering volume.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Steve
e do several E.O.T cleans in the Brighton area and work on the basis of £25.00 p/h. On average a bathroom can take between half hour to an hour depnding on the condition. Any thing over half an hour we charge out at an hours rate.
i hope this helps

Thanks Karl
Do those other figures stack up ?
They have to include oven cleaning and interior window cleaning

Hi Steve
We charge oven cleaning out at £45.00,we base a room on a hours work approx ( this can vary of course from property to property) . So £150 - £180 for a bedroom flat is reasonable. Is that prce plus VAT and does that include the letting agents 10% ?

I'm not Vat registered yet Karl, but it looks like that is a real posibility very soon.
And yes it does include the agents 10%

P.S. Did one of the worst things I've ever done in 5 years the other day.
Students had left out around 10 bags of rotting food out in the back yard in the hot sun for about 2 weeks (had to re-bag it all), bags of maggots, fly city and the stench has stayed with me for days.
Can't beat the aromatic aroma of rotting curry, rice, chicken and other meat :-X

I feel sick just reading it.

When you clean out the grot what arrangements for clearing the rubbish.
