Title: pump or varistream problem
Post by: cater on July 29, 2008, 08:08:24 pm
got a two man set up, one digital varistream, one dial varistream.  been working fine for the last six months, today digital varistream set-up wouldnt shut off, just kept building up pressure. got home, swapped dial varistream to pump which wouldnt shut off, still wouldnt shut off with changed varistream.  put dial varistream back on original pump which had worked all day, now this one wont shut off on the original set up that was working with no problems.  any suggestions? please help.

Check for any leaks whatsoever.

Another thing that will make it play up is an air lock and it normally always is just after the pump, disconnect the hose in this position and re connect it solved the problem for me.

I had a problem a week or so ago, where one pump worked and the other did not on one hose reel, yet a swopped over then the other one worked fine.

I checked everything, no leaks no air locks, I changed 4 hoselock connectors and its working fine.

I did my head right in I can tell you.

I think there is a trad cleaning ghost going around at the mo playing with people wfp set-ups for a laugh
