Hi Marek
Is your £2k budget is the total amount you have available? You will require other equipment as well as the extraction machine. Have you had any training? What about marketing? What will be your target marketplace?
If you can give us some more details, we can advise accordingly. If it makes it easier, I live in the Birmingham area, so you could phone me.
Safe and happy cleaning :)

hello again,
Thanks for your posts :)
I have got around 5000 pounds to invest in my new carpet cleaning business :) i have no idea if it's enough??
I spent already:
1.Van (Kangoo 2000) 1540
2.Car insurance deposit 256
Total: 1796
Next moves:
1.Leaflets (10 000) 150
2.Business cards 80
2.Road Tax ( 6 months) 60
3.cc machine?(Extracta DX?) 1700?
4.Trening (ex.Extracta) 120
Total: 2110
So 1796+2110=3906..... ;D
Do I miss something? ??? ???

Marek
There is so much you've missed out on. To name but a few:
Hand tool
Upholstery tool
2, preferably 3 buckets
Extraction detergents
Traffic Lane cleaners
Stain/spotters/solvents
Measuring jug
pH paper
Pressure Sprayers
Hand sprayers
Drop Sheet
Waterproof sheet
White terry towels
Liability Insurance (Public is compulsory)
Spotting brushes
Upholstery brush
Carpet brush
Circuit breakers
Agitating brush machine (Very desireable, but not essential)
Need I go on?
You are on a very steep learning curve, but the journey is well worth the effort.
Safe and happy cleaning :)
Ken
PS Many machine manufacturers will include a training course f.o.c. with a machine.

That was fantastic Ken :'( :'( :'(
hmm, could You tell me how much (approximately) do I have to spend on that equipment??Is it expensive?
-
For the products I would use, a very approximate calculation is £1200 plus the Chancellors Stone ;) I'll send you a personal message. Look for it soon in the top right hand corner of the page.
Safe and happy cleaning :)
