I asked a similar question, Only my question was the meeting before the actual signing of the handover. Never got a single reply.
All i can say is try to imagine what they will ask you.. its all about impressing them and giving the right answers. They need to know that you have the solution to there problems.
Dont use the word cheap... use value for money. Dont use the word contract use Agreement, this like this will help. Dont use the word problem use Issue.
They also need to know that you have listened to there concerns.
Be calm, go dressed smart, and be yourself.
hope it helps.

Very good advise, take heed.
I would also add take a copy of your quote to refer to, and any relevant documentation like insurance etc. Be polite and don't waffle or say too little. The trick is to be confident and professional and believe in your product.
Good luck ;)

The little things are important too......like having a clean file/folder/clipboard or whatever you use.
Nothing worse than a half chewed pen and a scrappy notebook to impress the client with.
Make sure you are clean and tidy (clean polished shoes).....whatever you are comfortable wearing and hand over a your business card when you are introducing yourself, not a dog eared one!!
Little things like that make first impressions.........lol

Yup, good advice there. Best thing is to be confident and try to treat it like you've done it all before. It's a mental state . .. you HAVE done this before, albeit on a smaller scale (I'm kinda guessing here).
Oh, and there are no problems, only challenges. That's a good one.
:-D
