It's possible to hire vacuum machines with a very similar spec. You'd need to make up your own hose - or buy just the hose and hire the machine.

Put together, say, 3 or 4 days work and then hire a machine. Play with it on your own house and a few mates' houses first and then go and earn some money. Guranteed to be in profit after the first two jobs.

Off the top of my head, when I was checking prices I was getting quotations of £50 to £70 per week. Phone around your local hire centres.

DON'T accept the first price they give you. Make a sharp intake of breath and tell them they need to find some discount. Quotations can come down 20% or so.
