Hi Guys,

I was at Woodbridge in Oct last year , where John was kind enough to show me around his workshop ,where several truckmounts were in various stages of construction.

Cheers,

Again when  I was at Woodbridge in November there wete 4 New Truckmount Units sitting in Yard.

I think they have someone new in office.and they were moving to the unit next door which is probably why request for details not sent.

As Mark says I think it is Nationwide problem

Sent RoberT Saunders a question by fax two weeks ago regarding question from Discovery Day.

I have had two Fastrack Timetables and course registrations documents but not the answer to my problem.

Which now means I will now wait to the next start date which is probably wise anyway as I have lots of distractions at present.

Keeping this even handed as I went on Media Relations course last night.

Prochem

After Carpex I telephone to order a pad of their  New Survey form which I had seen in Cleaning Specialist

As my local supplier had never heard of them. I qouted product Number and explained situation I was prepared to pay but Nice Lady took my details and said they would send me one

I am still waiting.

On my Media relations seminar last night I learnt that the biggest Public Relations problem for any organization  is the internet as there is nothing to stop anyone posting bad experiences about your organization.

I know someone who is behind an Anti MacDonaldss Web Site

It's rather hypocritical IMO that companies who are actually teaching the value of going the extra mile, adding value to your services etc, can't do so themselves!!!
Those that can do.......

It would be very interesting to see how much business companys such as CFR and Solutions have gained just as a result of recommendations via the internet.  I for one have spend hundreds of pounds with these two companys over the last year as a result of the internet.

I cant remember the last time someone recommended a Prochem product on these boards.  But then again who cares about a few carpet cleaners having a chat!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

This gentlemen is the power of the internet , it must ultimately raise standards and lower prices.

A year ago I would have gone Extracta/Prochem but now I have so many more options.

Companies will only take notice once their bottom line is affected.

Cheers,

Doug

Steve,
Ebay is a very good marketing tool, plus look at all the free advertising they get because everything they post has the W/O/C website listed.
