Truvox Multiwash MW340, effective "Rotowash type" multi surface floor cleaner.
Easy to use, cleans and dries hard floors and carpets, especially effective on textured floors and Altro safety floors.
Costs almost £1500 (incl) new. More details via link (close the gap), picture further down.
PAT tested - March 08.

Funds from the sale is for a rotary, so if you have one that you may want to swap?
Looking for at least 14" with drive plate and no more than 230rpm.
