Although this is not a window cleaning thread I hope the moderator won't delete it or move it because we all use vehicles in our work and we all drive.

Very good post,  just checked wife's car as had new tyre fitted last week and it said 0708.

I am sure I hear about this some years back, but its good to remind every body to make sure you get the right tyres...go out side and check them tyres  ;)

Good post we see there is enough tread and we think there good.

I didn't know tyres could dry out infact i didn't even know there wet.

All rubber goes brittle and perishes over time. Think of a rubber band and you start to see how it can happen with a tyre.
