Thought I'd give my feedback on this product as I know many have not yet tried it.
Have been using the DFC105 on the last few jobs and it stands up to pureclean on results. ie cleans as well and performs better under heat.
Pro's
It works
it's woolsafe approved
It has 2 or 3 independent green independent certifications (for those green only custys)
Con's
It's very expensive and does'nt stand up to pureclean on value
(ie a tub of pureclean would cover about it by about 4 -1 in favour of pureclean but a unit costs roughly the same)
Just thought I'd let you know. I will keep it in my armoury as its a good product but I would not use it to lead me into most jobs because it's expensive
Just thought I'd share my views on it.

Your converted to Dave's pricing philosophy then Pete.
Amazing what you can get if you have the guts and self belief to ask.

not as mad as him and nor do I live near bath but yes, have changed my philosophy in a few ways. It's not about charging with confidence and getting away with it, it's about working in a way that justifis the price somewhat. Having spent time with Dave I have come to understand why he charges his prices. It's not just the obvious element of his knowledge (although this is this plays a huse part), it's his attention to detail in everything he does. I could go in to detail but I'd be here all night.

Hi guys, dont want to sart a big debate on pricing, and how much we can all get away with charging, and justifying with equipment costs (TM's) etc, as i believe they can get a bit indepth, but............... i would genuinely like to hear some of the justifications for charging more per sq foot/yard/metre.
As you may know i am in the process of taking over my fathers relativley small but well established CC business, and am based in Berwick upon Tweed (which is not such a prosperous area) and we have a basic charge £1.50 a sq yard (obviously varies from time to time). And we do have a minimum charge too.
Am always interested to learn how you all build and run your succesfull CC businesses and make them more profitable.
regards and thanks
Paul
