Title: fly crap and poor paintwork

 Did a house yesterday ,normally trad as paintwork was flaky and poor, did it wfp as the place had recently been painted,did the finger test,ok so off I went. After the water had dried I noticed the dirty smears normally accosiated with crap paint , why? Also what's the quickest way of removing fly crap trad and wfp?
