thinking of buying an rx20, there cheap to import, has anyone done this and can they be converted to 240 volts, easily or do they come converted, or better still has anyone got a spare one they could loan me for a few years. ;D. tried the drymaster for a few weeks but it doesn't half drain me fresh tank, is that the same with the 20?

Are you not putting any more details on your profile Derek?
I've forgot already where you from!

i,m just down the road from you joe in northwich, i'll pop up for a coffee some time if thats ok, soak up some advice

I think they are like rocking horse poo 2nd hand, you could get one from the US but with the weight of it and the import duty I don't think you'd gain much. You could get a US dealer to convert it to 240v but at a cost.
Sometimes things like this aren't any better/cheaper from the states unlike hand tools etc that require no alterations and if posted properly no duty :o
