Hi guys,
Just had this request via email,
I'm pricing a carpet clean for a mobile classroom unit. Internal dimensions are approx 6mx2mx2m.3 carpeted surfaces to be cleaned (floor & 2 walls). Also need anti-bac treatment afterwards. Thanks
Well i have never really used any kind of anti bac that i can think of, so what would you guys recommend to use???
Any help ior advice would be appreciated.
Cheers
Richard

PROCHEM look on their website

Why have they specified an anti-bacterial product?
If you find out their needs then you can offer them a solution to it, don't let customers tell you what the solution is before you find out the problem.
You wouldn't walk in to the dentist, sit down in the chair and tell him you'd like a crown when actually it's a filling that's needed.
If this clean is required for "healthiness" you can clean with a colloidal product, rinse with fresh water and then apply a light mist of the solution on afterwards to give a residual action. This will address any odour issues too.
You also have the option of applying a protector with antibacterial properties, which will obviously add another dimension of benefit to the service.

Hi Richard
Don't quote without seeing it first, it may be an easy job, or it could be a nightmare that you would normally walk away from.
You need to know all the relevent information before you even think about submitting a price.
Safe and happy cleaning :)

Hi Guys thanks for the advice,
I beleive the anti bac is required as it is used by children, but i will be seeing it before quoting to make sure i am happy to do it.
I'll let you know how it goes if they decide to go with me or not.
Cheers
Richard
