hi guys i have been asked to quote a clean on an office that has coated glass i do  next doors and have noticed a few scratch marks from the brush ( and yes im convinced i have done them) but this one has had stickers and celotape stuck to them any ideas what will remove the sticky stuff without any damage ? hope that makes sence

There is no way of removing the sellotape. I used to have a job with this film on and I tried all sorts.

The film is very easily damaged, best avoided where possible  ;)
