making the vid was easy took a little time I guess, getting it on my pc to edit was a royal pain in the back side, I need more software which I will be buying this month.
Thanks for the kind comments.

Nice one ian. I tried to push some pole hose down the inside of the pole and it seemed to get stuck about 3 foot down. The pole hose i used was some that had been wrapped around another pole, so i thought it was maybe kinking inside the pole. Abandoned it at that stage until i get chance to go to b&q for some pole hose. Any body else had any problems with the hose inside the pole?
Another thing ian the little silver thing that you attach the pole hose to and your microbore to, what is it called ??? Ive got one on my pole and am thinking about extending my microbore with something like this, what do you recommend. The guy who i bought my trolley off cut the microbore down as he didnt think that he needed it all, but i find that i need the extra now.

It's like watching Blue peter... ;D
You did do a good job there, but after about two three months the sections start to slip. But i found a way of getting a bit more life out of it.I put Quick steel over the worn parts inside the cone.Only three weeks but still going strong. ;D

Good video mate,
Garry999 the heating of the metal to fit the brush was Jouk's Idea I believe,
I used the same method as the video only I used a 6" section of the Unger no 1 section instead of the broom. I drilled a 6mm hole through the top, making it identical to the unger pole, it will now take any unger attachments, including the brilliant aluminium threaded end piece from Cleantech.
If the clamps start to slip, and they do eventually, just cut a centimeter wide strip from a plastic pop bottle, wrap this round the plastic claws, tucking each end into the space between them.
Presto they're as good as new.

like to say thanks as well ian
