I seem to spend as much time on leafleting as on washing windows.

I would read it because it's unusual and I would be tempted to have my drive cleaned. But this is such a small market, make it plain on your leaflet that you clean windows and want more custies. Make the evesham bit bigger print.
Just to explain wal without being patronising wc is a great biz model because it is repeat business.This is not so with the pressure washing, so a one in a hundred return would be much better in WC , plus it is a bigger potential market. Gutter cleaning is bigger too.
If you have a way of getting these leaflets delivered at no or little cost then okay, they are good leaflets in terms of attractring attention, but I think effort is better spent aiming at bigger targets.

wallly i think it makes you sound desperate and also think £45 is way too cheap just my opinion though and im often wrong ;D

Too much to read through and whats the point of giving details of when you can't work - You'd be better off spending time looking for regular window cleaning customers as how often do you need your patio/drive etc cleaned??
