Title: "Theres muddy foot prints on my path"!!

Just got in to a message from a rather angry gentlemen complaining about foot prints on his path and decking. I have never had a complaint like that before ???

What would you say to the fella?

that you offer a driveway and decking cleaning service at £2 a sq meter? :D

Can you take a cast and a measurement of them, so I can compare them to my boots ;D

if I get mud every where I give it a quick blast with water to water it down.

Always you leave path, decking etc as you found it.

Leaving mud all over there path they have every right to moan, I am sure it was not done on purpose. I have always been the type of person that when doing a job for others I clean up after myself

He also mentioned the public footpath having mud on it aswell which I thought was a bit silly!

I'm all for good customer relations but at the end of the day he's getting a good quality service and to kick up a stink over that is a bit much I think.
I'm certain the rain must of washed it away by now, since Thursday.

That'd be an instant removal from my books if it was my customer. I know it's his property, and you should always leave things as you find them,.. but lets be honest, even the best of us must leave a mark or 2 behind us a some time or another.
If the custy can't understand this and live with it, then he's obviously too grumpy and self centred to be bothered with.
