I went out yesterday and cleaned a few carpets, I couldn't belive the difference between the 421 and 427 it's unbelievable, the carpets were dry when I left all of the jobs.

its really messed things up now they don't put the machine on the freshtank, once you've got the hose reel on you've no space let for anything, it'll be hard to fit in even a rotory.

did'nt you fancy getting it in pink ;)

nice machine though, good luck with it :) :)

Hi shaun
Great bit of kit ;)
Can you tell me what size of van you have.
As i`m looking into getting a TM but i am looking at the 318/421
and want to know what is the smallest van you fit one in?
I have a semi high top,SWB transit, and dont really want to buy a larger one if
i can help it .
Many thanks
Daryl

Really nice. Will you be at dirty weekend next month, what van have you got it in?

Ideally I would have liked the next sized van up but I like the smaller vans because of parking, eventually I will have more Hydramaster ranking in it to utilise storage.

Daryl a SWB semi high roof transit will hold a Boxxer 421 or a 318 fine as I had a 421 in a SWB low roof, but I would recommend a 150ft hose reel to give it more space inide.

Doug the van is a Fiat Ducato 300, it's IMO it's more powerful than my transit (T280, 100bhp) and it's slightly taller 8" and a tad wider.

Shaun

Gerry not sure yet

Looks really Good, Why do Hydramaster not put the console on the water tank anymore ?? I know that it helps spread the weight out a bit but doesnt leave a lot of space in the van.

Hope it makes you as much money as the last one  ;D ;D ;D

The 427 is taller so they try and reduce the risk of topling and my van wasn't tall enough.

I decided to again go for this sized van because I can get it to all of my customers without worrying about using a porti, I have used bigger vans before and just prefer compact and bejue, I need it to evolve a little when I put my things in and then I'll buy some more shelving.

My wife rents a small part of the bed to me, although I remember buying the house :o there's a slight difference.

Glad you're pleased with it Shaun, It looks like the way HM wanted to fit mine, now you've got it home you can get it right! Move the fw pump, accumulator and battery into the front behind the vac hose manifold it will give you a lot more room and give them better protection, I'll try and post a photo

I've had 2 banes, another 1 bought from Dave Ingram (he built it)which really got me into the TM thing, a Boxxer 421 and now a Boxxer 427.
