Title: What do you tell the customer-Drying Times (POLL)

Carpets only.

I am not asking you how long it will take a carpet to dry, but what you tell your customers when they ask ;)

none of the above, we explain that it is all down to the basics like depth of clean, weather, heat, airflow explain that correctly to them and their not bothered if it takes a day to dry.

All this #ollocks about 45 minutes to dry a carpet is nonsense if its deep cleaned properly!!!!

Be honest and they will respect you more!!!

Although i was hoping to go on all Courses this year possibly even Fastrack a Cambelt  failure resuting in a new head has blown the finances at present.

However I thought one of the IIRC Carpet Cleaning specs was drying times about somwhere in the region of 4hrs drying time.

I may be wrong as I am not getting the tea shirt and the manual that goes with it.
