How much ground can you cover say per hour using a Thermodry on low profile office tiles?

So pricewise i guess its tot up how long it will take and work it out from there, or should it be priced differently from hwe?

Up to you, either square metre or hourly rate. That 100sqm is open carpet don't forget to factor in moving stuff, breaks etc.

Tough one if its pricing square metre as there seems to be a vast range that cc's charge.. and of course he lowest tends to win.

With any low moisture system you can cover large areas pretty fast and give excellent results ( I can only speak for dry fusion on this one)
So even dare I say £1.00 sq/m would give you a good return. It takes as long to vac as it does to clean, and the product cost tends to be higher than HWE.
These systems can be your biggest earners on the right jobs.

I suppsose if JK is right and 100 sq/m is do-able then £1 sounds ok (depending on furniture. I guess you take into account if you are working solo and the anti social hours?

Did 280 m2 of open plan office , no furniture , on my own on monday in 2 hours , my staff who were on other floors of the building carried kit up and down in the lift for me .

How did you win the job Jason? Seems people are charging between 35p and £2.50 per sq/mtr! Dont think you went in at 35p...

Got the job via a contract cleaner , it was carpet tiles , pre vacced and used LM,
I cleaned it at a leisurely rate but did not stop , my charge ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, £1.20/m2
This allowed the contract cleaner to add his % age . We both walked away smiling .

£1.20 aint bad considering they would be approx £15 sq/m to replace
