Title: Need some halp on school clean

Hi All

I got a tender to clean a large school. The total area to be cleaned 10000 square meters. I have already done the site visit but cant get any information how many cleaners come on a daily basis.

I think my best option is to price it on the basis of how many square meaters can cover by a one cleaning personal.

what do you think is the realistic no of square meters per one cleaner?

Is it a one off or regular ?
How many rooms ?
Hard floor or carpets ?
Windows ?
High level ?
