ive just spent the afternoon ripping up the floor as i hate ply flooring cause it always get mingin and soaking, i dont care how much you seal it and look what was underneath, and this is from my extremly tidy van

couple of hours lol presure washing finally got all the crap out

much cleaness now

can belive you had ply on top of a ratchet!! :o didnt you notice the bump? ;D

Nice to see that the "pure water eats van floors like acid" theory isn't true in your case"  ;D

malc thats LWC's new van hes not used it yet. well he has today with is back pack but as far as i know thats all. system not been fitted yet.

at least you didn't get a shock of ripping the floor up and seeing the road underneath!! ...lol

i did in my first van, it was an old heap mind but a shock none the less!! ;D

Replaced mine in my kangoo after 3.5 years wfp. the ply was rotten & mouldy, i expected the worst but found a "as new" lovely white floor undernieth, not even rusty! :D

pure water rots away metal quicker than normal water. Was tlaking to the engineer who designed and built large storage tanks for dI at a distillery my mate is manager for and he told me it rots away quicker with di.

It's what's untreated that you have to be careful with.
