would you go any bigger than 650 litre tank guys?
what the next size up, ive seen 900, is this too much?
its got a 1200 payload

I've got an 800 litre tank in my Trafic (1200 payload). I did check it on a weighbridge once and, because of that, I don't put any more than 750 litres into it. Depends what other equipment you carry though. I rarely put 750 in though as 600 is more than enough for a day's work normally

Depends how big you are ! If you are morbidly obese , then maybe you should go for bigger van ! :P

You could get a custom made tank. IMO 800 litres would be OK depending on what else you carry. I think custom made tanks are often stronger as they are made from thicker plastic. Mine is 10mm polyproylene.
Better to have tank too big than small as you don't have to fill it right up. If you fill from a static system it is easier not to fill it to the brim.
