hi mate, do you have a price for the machine, i presume its the gumbuster dry steam trolley ?

Hi,

The machine is just over a year old but hasn't been used much so is in good condition.  It runs off a petrol generator which is mounted with the steam unit on a trolley. 

Costs new about €7,500 - I would be looking for €6,500.

I will try and upload a photo or two tomorrow.

When we were in Crete 4 weeks ago the exchange rate was 1.4 Euros to the pound, down to 1.2 I think, £5000.00?

Hi Guys

This price is so far out .

There seems to be a general trend at present for people to buy equipment, use for a little while and expect to get virtually all their money back.

To buy from a private seller invlolves risk as to quality etc , loss of / no warranty, most are not transferable, possible tax offset problems etc.

If people were more realistic then they might actually sell.

There is a Host machine witha similar ridiculous price tag, has anyone heard of a credit crunch  ::)

I can verify how far out it is by the purchase I made about 6 months ago from David Maunders.

12KVA generator - right big thing, single operator chewing gum machine and a duel operator machine £3500.00.

The stuff had hardly been used.

Sorry bout the name!!, all is well, not massively busy but ticking over, quite a bit of work coming in for September time through till Christmas - so what we have lost at the beginning of the year we will make up for.

Did you get that floor machine and are you busy?

Dont worrie about the name thing much to big to argue with

Got my floor machine  thing cost more than them gum machines
But its a brillant machine well worth the money spent and has earned it back in very little time thank goodness.
Going pretty good at the minute thanks.

Alan who has the above machine i can vouch for him no problem.

thanks for all the help gents, would there be a more realistic price available on this unit seller ? or does anyone know of a matrix contractors dry steamer or similar in robustness out there for sale please ?
