Title: changing to online payments/envelopes letter

Has anyone changed over from collecting to online payments and cheques, as ive had just about enough with spending time going back out in the evening and not to mention the fuel?.
Im in the process of doing a letter telling customers i will no longer be collecting, and am wondering if anyone has done one recently?.
I want to make sure that people comply and send in their payments within seven days, and am looking for a hand how to word it ?.

Any help appreciated.

i collect all domestic by on line payments a few send a cheque,but they use own envelope and stamp
 i just have my bank details on the windows cleaned today form , most pay on line by the end week.
