Cheers guys :) Yeh just kitting it out today/tomorrow... right now I'm having trouble finding a permanent live to run the pump off!!  ;D ;D :P :P

Yeh it drives very nicely, and comfortable too. The dashboard told me I was doing 40mpg on the way home, so hopefully economical too!!

Yeh going to get it sign written at some point when funds allow, should look nice all logo'd up :)

Aye, thats what I did with the last one. Drilled through the bulkhead. But having already taken the dashboard apart and put it back together today..... :P Gonna go for the easy option. Will buy me some time anyhoo  :)

Yeh they are nice. 850kg payload, which is smallish, but I only need a 500 liter system :)

WOW i do hope your joking, that`s never a van for a 500ltr system no way.In nearly all and i mean all vivaros 650ltr is the limit and that`s pushing it and by that i mean full with water poles and you know the rest, who ever told you you could put 500ltrs in that was lying to you i`m afraid.

Well my van is a 750kg and I get a 400 ltr in no problem with weight so an 850kg will be fine with a 500 ltr.
Unless you have ate all the pies  ;D ;D ;D

Tis the Partner :)

Aye, there are. Mate told me about a deal at VW, Transporters going cheap I think on lease deals. I coulda saved a little bit of cash too if I'd had time to shop around, but I was vanless so, alas. Still a good van though :)

NWH, no offence, but 500kg is absolutely fine for a 800KG Berlingo.

You could always ring Cleantech, ionics,Brodex,or Omnipole and ask them but the answer will be the same,at the end of the day your asking a tiny van to do a big vans job and that`s also no offense.

Around £13500 with VAT. That was direct from Peugeot though, I'm sure it'll come down in the year or so to come.

Love the new van, must make you really keen to do the job, which is a major benefit.

Nice of ya to rain on my parade mate... cheers.

Well I'm happy with it. Plenty of space. Plenty of payload. Nice engine.

It dosen`t have much room though and IMO that`s important with WFP,giving a view on a van is not a personal attack on you it`s just an opinion.I looked at 1 just out of interest not with the view to buy 1 everyone was talking about it so i had a look, they wasn`t big enough before and there not now.

If I would do it again I probably wouldn't have a Berlingo/Partner. They are a very tight fit with all the tools in it. But for traditional it's fantastic!  :)

Fair enough... but how much stuff are you guys carrying around? My last van was a Partner and had plenty of room, this is even bigger and has more payload.... it works for me :)

I have dispatch with 600 litre tank and 900 kg payload.

Took to weighbridge with full tank of water and trad gear and had 30 kg to spare. (Only had 1/3 tank of fuel though). So 500 litres with 850 kg payload will probably be OK unless you carry a passenger.

Thanks for that :) Have added up weights of everything and they seem to leave me about 100kg spare, probably won't fill the 500ltr up full though, just gives me the extra capacity if needs be.

Well... just finished my first days work with it, tis a pleasure to work with :):) The engine is so quiet, powerful and smooth, I actually looked forward to getting back in after my jobs! Sad I know :P The HDi engine is really good, even fully loaded up with 400liters, all my trad gear, pole, reel etc it still drove like it was empty :):)
