Post by: Paul Heath on June 27, 2008, 08:43:14 pm
Is any body using Schedule Manager from Thoughtful Systems?  Does it work, is it any good? or what system do you use? or recommend. Any help or advice most welcome as it is an investment and i would like to get it right Cheers

Hi Paul

I bought the program you mention and i did not find it suitable for the uk market. I have since bought Service Ceo and its like chalk and cheese. Service Ceo will do all you want now and the future and we get about two updates a year so its always being developed.
