I have had a right rubbish week this week.
Monday woke up and was sick so took monday off.
Tuesday good day.
Wednesday did one commerical job got in the van and it wouldn't start after about 20 minutes managed to get it going run it round to fords and it needed an new ignition barrel and off course they didn't have one in so had to order it.
Thursday off due to no van picked it up at about 4.30 pm
Today woke up with a really bad ear ache i thought maybe it something from monday as i was sick then so rang doctor and managed to get an appointment.
Just as i put the phone dog our 17 week old pup started yelping and wouldn't stop so rang the vets and got him down there and straight after into the doctors.
The dogs got stung inside the mouth by a wasp and needed an injection.
the doctor told me i have an ear infection and got some antibiotic liquid and told to take a few days off.
Hopefully next week will be better.

Sorry to hear that Paul :(. The antibiotics should start to make you feel better in 24-48 hours. Take it steady :)

Hey, I've had a fantastic week; one of those weeks where just about everything went to plan and I picked up three well-priced accounts too.
Last week was good too; and the week before that; etc!
I think God's lulling me into a false sense of security and is about to inflict cancer of the genitals on my 'nether regions' or something equally as bad!

That's right Tosh........always look on the bright side fella ;D

Hey, I'm a positive guy; so positive I don't play the lottery, 'cos I'm so optimistic I'm going to win; I'm always crushed when I don't.
I'm old enough to know that the quiet stress-free times don't last for ever!

The weather has been a bugger too. one minute sunny, then next raining. I know WFP can be done in the rain but my custies don't grasp that, so heavy rain = dont work...
This has meant 2 1/2 days behind this week :/

Good day Monday!
Had "caught up" and on the point of being ahead of myself Tuesday so stopped at 3pm.
Alton Towers Wednesday
Caught up and going ahead of myself again Thursday
Today, Friday - 8 am to 10.30 worked - rain til noon - worked til 2pm and ran out of work.
Only got to reach £75 on Monday 30th and it'll be a record month! ;D

I have had a record week, and smashed my previous best month, and still got Monday to go.

That's the spirit, Scud! ;)

I have had a clear week, no rain here apart from a couple of showers Nothing has broken, fallen off or packed up ( I'm going to wish I hadn't said that) so its all systems go.
Like so many things in life, if you are just left to get on with it everything is fine. Its the constant interuptions that get you down.
I too am on track for a record month, £81 short at the moment. I'm going out to work in an hour and I still have Monday so with luck I will have a new record to try and break next month.

Lovely weather here all week, had tuesday off to go to Kempton Park. :)
Paul,
sorry to hear about your ear infection.
Have had it myself, nothing worse.
Get well soon.

Not smashed any personal records for the week or the month. I'm still warming up after a holiday.
However, yesterday I exceeded my best ever turnover for an accounting year (which was last years). I have managed this with three full months to go as it doesn't finish till September 30. I'm not going into specific numbers as I know many people find this irritating but for me it says a lot for switching to WFP and applying myself a bit more. In fact, the actual numbers involved are relatively modest anyway.

You don't do yourself justice. Congratulations, its good to have targets and monitor your performance. Its one of the things that keep you focussed.
One of the things I like most about George is the ability to see and compare weeks months and years figures. Its about the only way you can tell how you are really doing.

Sorry to hear about your bad week Paul. (I have had a painful ear infection in the past - it isn't nice! :( )
Just try to take it in your stride. Things will get better. Promise! ;)

A slight change this week! Yesturday (Sunday) I filled my car up with thirty quids worth of petrol.
But unfortunately my car is diesel - I didn't find out till lunch-time when my car started running like a lame dog and I checked the fuel reciept
And it's the second time I've done it in about six months; and last time it cost me £100 for a garage to sort it out.
This time, in the end, after three gob fulls of petrol and still failing to syphon the fuel out, I numptyised a (big) water pistol into a pump; joined to a piece of garden hose (using hot water and a jubilee clip); and managed to get the petrol out of the tank that way; though it took about an hour to do.
It's running fine now, but what a palavar!
