The place I stayed in spain was actually a cave (I kid you not  !!)
I phoned about that job and the person told me that their facilities manager had already offered it to a company that cleans windows for them in another area.  I do wish they would discuss these things amongst themselves BEFORE phoning around for quotes that they will never want.  Pity really as that looked like it could have led to some decent work.  Ho hum.  A door closes but others open.
