£100k per annum is very achieveable if you have some guys working for you.

I don't want to say what we gross per year but if you are employing you need each guy to be making £10k over his/her salary.

So assuming you have 3 guys on £20k each + 3x£10k = £90k plus what you make yourself.

we are more like 2x£250mil + 2x£195mil

easy! :P :P

seriously - £100k turnover is what you need when you employ 2 or more.

Alan

Do you think 2 people working together can turnover £100k

provided the work they are doing is priced accordingly, its needs to be high quality work and presumes they take no holidays - so in a word - no.

3 people should manage.

£33k a year turnover is only £717 a week assuming you take 6 weeks for holidays.

A good wfp'er should make £150 - £200 a day easy enough = £750 to £1000 a week provided they have the work to do in the first place.

Well priced compact work will bring in more and not so hot work will bring in less, obviously.

As for 2 people working TOGETHER bringing in 100k I reckon its very unlikely unless they are working full time hrs on well paid commercial jobs with very little travelling time between jobs.

But I'm no expert - each guys work is different and each guy works differently to the next.

I expect my guys to complete £700 a week each - which they do - easily.

yeah I suppose they get decent money plus they get their lunch bought for them most days (pub lunch  ;D )

Even if they do £25 an hour (which lets face it ain't much) they'll still do £175 a day

we work through the rain though.
