Title: Round wanted in Leeds

Hi, been considering starting for ages and now is the time. I am looking to buy a round and also build a round from scratch in Leeds area.
Anyone got any work they are looking to sell?
Also any tips on starting out would be great!!!

have you cleaned windows before?

do you intend to use wfp/ladders

are you working byself or two man team?

Will be looking to use ladders and intially will be by myself but who knows where it might lead!!!
I have some experience from a couple of years ago and enjoyed it - that is why looking to have a serious go at it now.
