carl the merlin is a good ro - however if you have poor pressure the waste will be about 6 to 1, not great if you are on a meter.  Best to use a softener in hard water areas (over 300ppm)

If you want high yield without paying the price of a commercial RO unit then I was looking at a 450gpd unit - think it was on the window cleaning warehouse website. Ratio 1:1 - £280.00?.

Don't think you can get better than that.

Don't forget to check out Ro-man... They supply most of the other companies with their RO systems...

those small ro systems need very high pressure to produce large volumes of water.

the merlin will produce high volumes of water even with low pressure - obviously highish pressure suits them better (70psi)

very happy with ours though (although it is fed high press)
