got some blocks of flats that i may be selling on in essex 6 weekly cleans. at what amount would you guys says is acceptable i think 5 times the clean but others say 8 times? Opinons welcome

Start high , then you can always lower it a bit if needed  ;D

Na not yet aint put it for sale its 2 blocks one in leigh on sea the other in stanford le hope. total £302 every 8 weeks. its about 36 flats

Hows it going mate? I have a couple more leads I will throw your way when I dig them out.

If your thinking of selling give me a shout, I would take a look and offer a serious price for a nice bit of commercial.

As a guide Its x the monthly value mate.

Hi,how do they paid you,is it run by an estate management,housing association or knock on each customer for the payment?
I'm from Leigh and may be interested...so what the price you have in mind then?
