I have been asked to quote a builders clean of 1x 4 bed 3 storey town house, other properties may follow when completed. Could anyone help me out with pricing please,. I am based in warwickshire what could i charge for the base clean, a reclean then a sparkle clean the customer wanted the property cleaned every couple of weeks after that untill the site is finished. I would be most grateful of anyones help.

Post by: rob fryer on June 20, 2008, 07:20:40 pm: My advice to you is try to get the builder to give you a written contract of what exactly they want cleaning ,Just finished 14 n/b cleans they added glass shower doors over the bath that were not part of quote not a big deal you may think all covered in silacone sealant 30 mins to clean each one,Speaks to site manager thinks im being fussy. Not on written quote its extra £12.50 per door on total .
They will try to get you to do more for zip and why should you they wont build a extra room for free !!!.
Spend plenty of time on your quote write all that is to be done in detail when they ask you to more than you quoted its extra.
