still important to check this work out.
check the prices are o.k
check when they were last done.
if possible see if you can work the round with owner for a month, to meet customers and introduce yourself.
check out reason he is selling.

hope this helps a bit !!

maybe..check it out. It isn't a big round though...do you want it as additional work or as a starter round ? Works out about an extra £50 a day (4 week month)...fine if it's 5 £10 jobs per day I guess....as has been said....look at it in detail. Rarely is anything for nothing....(£1000 is nothing for a round..even half a round)...in my experience, the cheapest round is usually 2.5 times the monthly turnover.....minimum.....no doubt somebody else think's different..... ;)

i have brought in ALL my work from a retiring guy ( paid 1 X the amount ) , from a guy who had too much work ( 1 X the amount ) and guy who was moving away ( 1 X the amount )

the first 2 cases i worked the round, thus earned half that was taken off the bill, i got to meet the customers and all was well

now have 6 week turnaround of work
