Anybody know the name of a good firm I have a customer who has bounced a few cheques on me and I am now feed up with them

Small Claims court, you can do it on line.

Same as pdl

Fill in a form but dont send to Small Claims yet, burt send a copy to the debtor saying if the amount is not paid with in x days it will be sent and costs added.
Small Claims has a sliding scale of fees depending on the amount in dispute - think it starts at £40 but you check.
