Title: help advise needed

Hi, can anybody give any tips on finding out first point of contact for the cleaning of apartment blocks ie communal and windows etc. I have spoken to a few residents in a couple of places with not much help, obviously some have propety management companies dealing with things others have there own commitees and sort themselves
just thought i would ask
would be gratefull for any help at all as been in business and still have a lot to learn from you pro's

You need to find out who the managing agent is and if possible a contact name. Some properties may have this posted on thier notice board.
