Any input would be helpful.

To be cleaned monthly, housing association. All windows outside plus 6 skylights, plus 1 communal area window. Gutters cleaned once a year.

Price1 = Initial Builders Clean
Price2 = Monthly Maintenance Clean (WFP)
Price3 = Annual Inspection, Frame and Window Clean off ladders
Price4 = Annual gutter clean.

2nd floor on ladder I would not do as you cant tie them off from looking at the pics.

Builders cleans (can you get close up shots of the frames and glass) builders cleans vary in price quite a lot, some can take mins others over an hour, depends on plastics (whimpys  ::)) muck and access though it looks ok from the pic it really does have a lot that can make a massive difference on the price.
