What is the biggest water capacity trolley on the market ? I was thinking of getting one made to hold 100ltrs , but if there is one out there already built would be great . Thanks in advance ;D

Nice one Nat, thank you so much ;D
-
omnipole do a 125 litre one if i remember right
-
I thought pulling round 40 litres was hard work when I used a trolley,... That amount of water would want some kind of power to the wheels!!!

I have this one sited at a NHS contract we have, very good trolley
-
ive a 50 ltr omnitrolley and its an exellent piece of kit your welcome to bob up and have a look at it, if you are interested in buying one...full tank normally lasts me 45 mins.....50 ltrs is fine to move above anything above will be hard work.
-
wow good luck to you sjm ;D i struggle some places with 25ltr
-
i have seen one thats very large on four wheels electric powered drive, with a bar at the front to guide it. Possibly ideal for big jobs but then no reason not to use the van. I would go for the omnipole one, and emtpy before loading unloading.
-
The reason I am thinking of a trolley ( four wheeled variety ) is I can park it outside the property , and with a long hose can reach all the windows . Just the thought of moving the van every hour or so doesnt make sense to me . ;D
-
The trolley I made holds 2 x25 litre containers and has 25 meters of micro bore on a small reel, I find this is perfect on a compact round. You can always drop full containers off first, you will soon learn where to leave them when you have worked the area a couple of times.

is that another pole on your trolley dai or gps?
-
dai that is very inventive but without a shadow of doubt the uglyest wc assessery ive ever seen!!

What is price of this please ?

Ive got an APS trolley holds 70 litres but more like 75 if you brim it when filling. they are a great trolley but unfortunatly arnt made any more.
Ive always liked the look of the omnipole 125. Might consider getting one in the future if anything bad happens to mine.
P.S Lugging 70 litres plus trolley and hose is hard work....but only if you wear a blouse! ;D
Only kidding! ;D ;D ;D

how long will 50 litres last please ?
-
50 litres using a flow rate of 1.5 ltrs min would last 33 mins running continuously, on domestic jobs it doesn't run continuously, Imo 45 mins is about right. the most I have ever used in an 8 hour day is 250 ltrs,
and that's on very compact work.

Jonah, please take my advice here mate as I've been there, done that!! and made the mistake that your about to make, and my mistake was only a 50ltr trolley!! they are heavy, slow and hard work!! You could get yourself a van mount for less money, and make more money as you will be able to work much quicker!!! If you don't you will probably regret it like I did, the van mount is the way to go, trust me on this!!! ;)

Thanks Graham i value your advice mate , I dont mind lugging a trolley around for a bit ! I am getting a van mount with a 500 tank , so to add a trolley with a big tank make sense for me ;D You have to see my work to appreciate what i mean :P

If you are seriously going to get a trolley mate, don't get one any bigger than 50ltrs, anything any bigger would be near on impossible to lug around all day, and a big big mistake whatever your work is like!! You say you are getting a van mount, thats great!! you won't regret it. So why get a trolley? there really is no point, if I were you I would get a backpack to go with your van mount. That would be far more useful, and I am talking from experience here, I started off with a 50ltr trolley, and after lugging that about for 2 months I was ready to give up on wfp altogther, and I went back on the ladders for some time. I then got myself a backpack which although it was a pain having to lug it around and keep refilling every 20 mins or so, it was better and quicker than the trolley. I then got myself a 400 ltr second hand tank, fitted that in the van, took the pump off the trolley and made myself a van mount, the best thing I have ever done concerning window cleaning, and I haven't looked back since!!! I still use the back pack, very rarely! probably about 2 jobs a month it comes in handy for. As for the trolley, I slowly took it apart and used the bits for spares, and took the rest of it down to the dump!!!
Anyway mate whatever you decide to do, good luck with it!! But think very carefully before getting a trolley, bigger is definetly not better where trolleys are concerned!!! :)

jonah..
only used a trolley which most of my commercial work is suited to this system, the omnitrolley is a fine bit of kit, 50 ltrs is just about right to tug about.
wfp is ok for commercial jobs ...a traditional 2/3 man team on compact domestic work will earn you enough cash without the unnecessary set up cost, hastle etc, also not many folks around our end will pay 10/15 quid for their house cleaned wfp...not now and not in 5 years time...
