are you just getting a wand?

there is nothing special about them you know, just they have a manual bypass fitted to them. think they are the same as  westpac or prochem, sure some eagle eye can advise you.

Cheers Paul. As I am getting a Prowler second hand, John Kelly said they were decent wands that work well with the Prowler. i must say they looked pretty robust! Are there better alternatives you could recommend me? John

Yes got a good deal.....copied and pasted this from my other post

"Was originally going to purchase one from John Kelly until I saw a second hand one for sale in the states for $2500 (approx £1400). With import duty and shipping its going to cost me a little over £2000. A new one on finance was going to cost £9500 so i think I did the right thing. I suppose i could have bought one outright for £6500 but that would have made me a bit short.

Its in the UK now and will probably be delivered on Tuesday.

Ill still buy all the hoses, wand, chemicals etc from JK as his unit is 5 mins walk from me (bloody handy). Im paying him to do a complete service on the machine when it comes even though ive seen pics and it looks spot on but you never know"

Hi John
In reply to your original ? re glides - which do you use and why?

I have only used one - the Ive got and its a Green glide with the holes and slots - a hybrid.

I have now got sed to it - does leave some strips on carpet but I am used to brishing carpet as a finish anyway so no problem.

Got it from Solutions UK at a good price.
