hi there
i wondered if any one can help me please,
i want to write to a few static caravan sites where i live and have made out a price list for the carpet and upholstery cleaning a
also added general cleaning of them as well.but not sure what i would say in a letter ,this is my first venture and dont want to sound like im just starting out also has anybody got a risk assesment template i could have also thanks for your time reading this

Manny, Are you intending to send the price lists? in my opinion not a good idea, just put the wording "competitive pricing" and you'll have to be  as the "contract cleaners who do this sort of work, work on volume pricing. General clean on a 36ft 3 bed van in Dorset £8.00. Carpet clean £25.00.
Would suggest you make a few calls first to the site managers as some like Haven will use just one contractor for all their sites in specific areas, ie the South East...The North West

i was contacted by a caravan site to clean caravan carpets, the only problem was that they wanted me to leave 2 days a week free "in case" they needed me, if they did'nt then obvioulsy i would have had no work on for those days and they did'nt want to pay a retainer to me either
"the other bloke used to" they said
thats probably why he went bust then
