can any one help

i bought the ez fittings from gardiners with the tap flow control but the plastic tap bit has broke has anyone now were i can get these from please?

Same place, or any plumbers merchants local to you will have them I guess

I bought some from PTS they were cheaper but not of the same quality as Gardiners , didnt last as long and not so easy to turn either

moral is pay a bit more and get the better kit for the job

Ronnie,

If you mean the actually tap has come off just pop off the yellow cap with a screw driver, screw it back on and pop the yellow cap back on (this stops the little grub screw going walkabouts).

Dont worry I replaced 3 of them before I realised thats all I had to do

the ones from gardiners are not like that.

i need new taps but just the taps tried th ones from b and q but there different and gardiners dont just stoke the tap

We can supply the central valve body (complete with handle) without the parts on either side, they are only about £3 I think.

Would this be of interest?

alex so the barrel complete is only £3?? this is the one i recently purchased but the tap has broken.

I will have to check up, but as far as I remember the valve body is cheaper to buy than the EZ-Snap part. Did the valve break in normal use or had it been dropped/crushed/kicked/stomped on/driven over by a bus, etc?

valve is fine its just the plastic tap, i think it must of been through droppin but i turned it and ilittle peice come off so it jus spins now(if you know what i mean?)

Hi Alex,

The order you shipped to me before you went on holiday was suppose to have had one of those taps included, but it had the brass piece and the tap was the push fit type so could you send me a tap aswell please.
