This is exactly why now i get things straight right from the start, what that women said to you was just an outright excuse to get rid of you.She only wanted them done the once and new what she was going to do before you started mate,as if anyone would have expected you to have done all that aswell what a pregnant dog she was lol. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

ive got so much better now as i dotn want any more work, i lay it all out on the first clean "is it a regualr clean? if one off its more. if you pay late youll get charged...etc"
quite proud of myself :D

If you advertise yourself as a 1 off WC your be unindated with timewasters trust me,you`ll have loads of idiots asking you to do there`s as a 1 off so in turn you put off your regular work.1 offers are like the women above they want everything done on there terms end of,it`s my business and i will dictate the terms and conditions not them.

Nice one ;D

Double treble and more i don`t want 1 off`s,like i say 99.9% of them are like this women.

That has happened to me Chris. I just told her I'd be charging 60 for that job, not 12. Didn't help the situation much ;D
Some people just have no clue.

I havnt got a problem with one offs. Any new custies always get charged double, so if they do end up being a one off youve made double the money so you win :)

I do plenty of one-off cleans they are charged by the hour so result bad idea to turn away good money, if i HAD TO WORK A LITTLE LATER so be it.

well as im just starting up a one off clean is better then nothing, i charge well for it, and once i get full and get calls for one off cleans theyll be on my terms and when i want to do them, got a one off clean tomorrow as woman got estate agent coming, she needs someone quick, the kind of house on my round would be £14 i quoted £40 and she agreed.

i never have a problem with one offs, they get charged more and more times than not they ring to do them every so often, so good me finks. moneys money at end of day, and as ian said, stay out a bit longer, its extra money in my books

Good for you Matt, I'm exactly the same. They know what they're letting themselves in for before I've even started cleaning their windows :)

When I quote for jobs i dont say plastic or pvc, i just say windows and immediate frames. ie, the part of the frame that touches the glass and the cill of course.
