Title: Heatshrink
Post by: *Mr Tumble on June 03, 2008, 08:13:50 am
Everyones talking about heatshrink but do they just want it on the bottom section or on each section?

Doesn't this get in the way of the clamps, or is it a good idea for when the pole wears and this can take up the slack.?

the heatshrink is for the bottom base only, it acts as a saftey barrier against electrical shock, the other benefits are its non slip grip and warm in winter for the hands, and also gives your pole a professional look,
