ok is there a users guide on how bes tto use WFP?

I'd like to see a general  talk through on how best to use it

Ask an experienced wfp'er to take you out for a day to show you the ropes. Thats what I did and had 2 days with one guy and 1 with another.
they got free labour and I got free training!!
