How much would you charge a meter using wfp?
Just got an existing customer ask me to clean them since I'm now wfp.
Traditionally I used to work for £30 an hour, It's going to be strange quoting now for wfp.
-
Anyone? :)
-
The same and much quicker ;D ;D ;D ;D

Quote on how long you think it would take you trad, you will not be far out

8) If your used to £30 per hour charge that as a flat rate!
You don't have to tell them that, go and do your own and work it out from there!
I did a customers last week £15 took about 20-30mins

Would just charge your normal hourly rate or if its a semi £15-20 a side
-
I charge £2 per meter. Big 4 bed detached house takes about an hour. (and about £50 quid)
-
Thanks everyone, I'll check how much meter it is, put that price up, and then compare it to how much I think it's going to take me, and then compare that to the first price. :)
Thanks.

ive just done a few and charged £40 per side for fascia gutter and soffit around 8 mtrs on each of the 3 sides .
-
heres what i would charge, and i dont find wfp much quicker for this sort of stuff, well smaller jobs anyways,
i reckon gutters £3 per meter, and the same for fascias
-
starting price £60 not had a customer moan about the price yet.
-
ave new build 3 bed house £80 all round and if they have a conservatorie then i do the gutters on that for FREE :o
All done in an hour.
Oh and don't forget it is a one off untill next time..
-
Thanks guys, I'll keep the prices in mind, and I'll quote her a good price. :)
-
Detatched 4 bed £100 + vat
3 bed bungalow £60 +
Throw the windows and frames in with that
Most take 2 hours to do properly , bungalows a bit less
-
Those are some good prices.
I just realised, but what if they also want the soffits done? (the bit underneath?) would that be included for £4 a meter? :)
